How do I log in to My Archive?

To access My Archive, you will first need to create a new user profile. Once you have done so, you can log in by entering your username and password in the relevant boxes on the Log In page and clicking Log in.

How do I create a new user profile?

To create a new profile:

1. Click the New user button on the Log In to My Archive page. You will be taken to the New User page.
2. Enter a username and password. Note that your password should be between 5 and 10 characters long and should not contain any spaces.
3. Confirm your password.
4. Enter an email address. Note that this is not compulsory but you will not be able to receive password reminders or email alerts if you do not register an email address with us.
5. Enter your full name and institution (optional).
6. Choose whether/how often you want to receive email alerts.
7. Click the Log in button.

How do I edit my user details?

1. Click the Edit details button on the Log In page. You will be taken to the Edit details page.
2. Change your details as required, then click Log in. Your new details will be saved.

I've forgotten my password. How can I get a reminder?

If you have registered an email address with us and you have forgotten your password, you can receive a reminder by entering your username on the Log in page and clicking the Password? button. We will send you an email containing a reminder of your password.
