No articles were found. Why?

No articles are listed for the date you selected in the following circumstances:

  • You selected a date before coverage starts for the chosen publication. Check that the date selected is on or after the coverage start date indicated in the note on the publication page. Note that coverage for the Sunday and daily editions of some newspapers sometimes starts on very different dates.
  • You selected an invalid day or a date in the future. It is possible to select a day which doesn't exist e.g. 31 February 2004.
  • You selected today's issue or a recent issue which hasn't been included in NewsUK yet. Daily newspapers and weekly magazines are usually available 2-5 days after publication; weekly newspapers may not be available for up to 10 days after publication.
  • You selected a day on which the publication did not appear e.g. you chose a Sunday for a daily newspaper, or a weekday for a Sunday paper. Check that you have selected an appropriate day (the day you have chosen is indicated on the List of Articles page).
